We start with our medium 2.0kg topless Traditional Fruit Cake and give it a light brush of our homemade apricot jam. Then, with care, we roll out a smooth layer of almond icing, followed by a blanket of soft white icing. Finally, we finish it off with our very own handmade decorations on top.
